Who knows how long his cancer had been brewing, you don't for sure, sometimes it can take years for it to kill you

If only he popped into a surgery back in the early 1990s rather than asking Gill to give him special attention he might be comparing notes with you know. In my experience cancers can fester but 21 years is a bit of stretch .... Something else he should have had.
Still back to the point ... She looks good for 60.
